Description

There are new homes being built in the 1600 block of Randolph Ave. there is an ally behind them which runs between Maysville and Goldsmith. They have put down loose gravel which has made a mess of the ally. The recent rain has washed everything down over a drain on Goldsmith. My question is the city or builder going to pave the ally?
