The catchbasins are still full. What city department is responsible for cleaning the catchbasins?
It is incredible that out of the thousands of pedestrians [ this includes storeowners, shoppers, residents, and visitors] on Fordham Road daily no one notices the problem nor reports it.

i think we do need more garbage cans in Fordham road. i would like to see more and i think other residents too\,

Here it is December 3, 2014 with the snow and slush season approaching. The same catchbasins/storm sewers are full of garbage and leaves all the way to the grill covering. Who is responsible for cleaning these catchbasins/storm sewers? Fordham Road is very heavily travelled. People drop their garbage on the sidewalk even when near a garbage can. These storm sewers need cleaning at least every three months at a minimum. If not cleaned, next snowfall then thaw we will be stuck with floods at every corner.
