Kevin, I am having dispatch send a patrol unit out and he/she can place a sticker on the vehicle advising that it will be towed if he can't determine who owns the vehicle. If you would not mind closing this request when you see its been removed, I would appreciate it. Or just drop us a note in the request and I will close it out. I believe, legally, they have to give it a few days after placing a sticker on it.
