Description

Pedestrians have to wait for the traffic light to go through two cycles, before the pedestrian signal appears. It's very frustrating for pedestrians to push the signal button, and then have nothing happen. Most pedestrians then cross the street, and then, when no one is waiting to cross, the pedestrian signal comes on, and traffic is stopped for (apparently) no reason. Please fix the pedestrian signal to not advantage cars over people.
