I think when an area is disturbed that party should patch it to match existing. This clearly did not occur here.
When will it be restored to as it was before it was cut up.

Why a new complaint this was a valid seeclickfix.com request.
Whomever is at the other end should have figured out which department this was to be directed.
As this is valid and was directed to the city, it is the city's responsibility to direct to the right department, not the resident.
Please make sure this issue is directed to the Historic Preservation office. The resident should not be the one to do the directing.
