Description

On bus 6605, westbound 766 the driver encountered a rude and verbally abusive passenger about 10 minutes ago ( approximately 12:50pm). The professional and calm manner in which he handled the situation is a testament to the professionalism of ABR Ride and the City of Albuquerque.
