This is on the skyline blvd frontage road between keller and grass valley road.

There is an un-named frontage road along the southernmost end of Skyline Blvd. that begins just past the Clyde Woolridge Staging Area (where Grass Valley Road becomes Skyline). I've attached a map with a large blue arrow that points to the approximate location of the dump site.
