Description

All of Winchester Ave. in New Haven is in poor condition. Particularly, in the stretch north of the intersection with Munson St. it is impossible to safely bicycle due to the ill repair of the road. This is a bicycle commuter artery, as other streets are too narrow/heavily trafficed, and the canal trail is unfinished.
