Baltimore Pike is very dark.A great number of the street lights are out.Is the township aware of this.What is the remedy the holidays are right around the coroner.Also are we being charged for thr electric they are not consuming ?The electric company estimates what they use and charge accordingly.They have been out for quite sometime.
