The electronic school speed signs are not functioning at the right times. They don't come on until all the students are gone. They need to be reduced by 320 in the afternoon. Several cars fly past the school at high rates of speed almost clipping cars waiting to turn into the parking lot. HUGE safety issue for the children. Waterford PD could have a gold mine w/ writing tickets there!
