Description
There is a ROW not open and called Shades Avenue ROW and this is just south of my residence which is 2233 Pine Lane Hoover 35226. This property has high weeds and grass and the property needs to be cut and maintained. There is a drainage way at its northern border that has dead trees in this ROW and nuisance trees such as cherry laurels that need to be removed. I have survey if needed.
