Description

The culvert is damaged and seems to be in disrepair, often times when it rains it seems to serve no purpose as water backs up all over the place and it provides not drainage relief. More recently someone marked the Culvert with white spray paint Graffiti. There are large lose pieces of concrete from the culvert pose a hazard to all, especially small children that play in the area.
