Description

Location: George Street, between Howe and Park Streets. Two of my car tires now are flat because of road debris including broken glass, metal shards, and sharp rocks on the side of the road. I park on this stretch of roadway daily, and now have to scan the road ahead for broken glass and other debris before parking, which is made difficult by heavy traffic.
