Description

This car is blocking the hydrant and because it Law enforcement car nothing done. Not fair other people have parked here and been given tickets. Parking authority says that they can't find the issue. The common citizen would get a ticket or something. Law enforcement is not exempt from following the laws. I'm go to city hall and complain.
