Description

After several attempts of requesting home owner to clean and tend to his back yard the issues has not be resolved. The neglect of his property has be going on for years, as this is a rental property. There is waste ,plumbing and mattresses that where pulled from last years flood still in the yard. This is obviously attracting rodents making it unsafe for children and pets in the area. If you could please help me resolve this issue it would be greatly appreciated.
