Is the signal button inoperable or inaccessible? If neither, no changes are necessary as trees provide more benefits than their removal would.

From the other side of the street the walk light is totally obscured by the lower tree branches rendering it useless. The tree needs trimming.

Thanks for reporting. We will have the equipment checked to make sure the buttons are working properly. We will also trim the low hanging branches so the signal is visible.
