This building is full of rats and raccoons and the yard is full of trash. The back door is open, the top of the house is burned out and it has been stripped of its copper pipe. The building needs to be torn down. It's causing a hazard and making the neighborhood unsafe.

This building is still a problem. The trash is accumulating and the structure is unsafe and open.

No one has been out from the City. This abandoned house is dangerous and an eye sore in the neighborhood. The building needs to be torn down.

What is being done here? This is a haven for rats and raccoons, the building has openings and should be demolished. There is also trash is yard and it is a sanitation issue.

This building is still a danger to the neighbors. Any progress with having the owner maintain it or demolish it?

Still no action on this building. It has been gutted since a fire 6 years ago and is not maintained. There is a rodent problem as well as a drain on the property values of the neighborhood.
