Description
The city started work on the manhole covers in our alley and at the entrance of our alley (5th St between 29th Ave N & 30th Ave N) over a week ago. Since then the barricades have been up and the alley has been blocked from the sanitation truck thus we've missed 2 pick ups to date and every communal can is overflowing with trash now falling onto the ground. I have called the sanitation department and they will look into it as time permits which means we'll miss tomorrow's pickup. I put a call into John Stanton and left a voicemail but was also told to submit a claim online from customer service rep.
