Issue Reopened

In the right turn lane just feet from the Pamalee Drive intersection. It's obvious that it has been previously patched before. Metal utility box next to curb. I drive across it several times a day. If they aren't able to locate it. Arrange a time and I will show the slackers where it is with road flares

We sent a crew leader to this location. He found an area near a fire hydrant that might be the problem in this location. We are in the process of completing some repair to the area. Thank you.

Our Street Maint Division added topsoil in the hole next to the fire hydrant. We found no other issues in this area.
