Description

theres been a very strange, AND VERY LOUD, car circling my neighborhood for over an hour. its a sportier type car, and i would describe the sound of the engine as "one of those older suped up hondas that whines" i'm sure thats not the proper description, but thats what it reminds me of. its a newer vehicle, and they've had their hazards on. they seem to be revving the engine repeatedly, to the point it woke me up from my sleep. i havent been able to go back to sleep because the @#$% thing is so loud i can hear them when they're on the next couple of streets.
