The inspector informed me that this building was deemed structurally sound - the foundation is collapsing..

Correction..the previous image was of peeling paint. This image show the collapse of the foundation.

The roof of the deck structure is also collapsing and with all of the recent rainfall it may have already collapsed.

A vine grows through the living room and sunroom... Overgrowth is also shown and also overgrowth that the site maintenance crew did not dispose but simply threw it back into the vegetation.. that happened ~two years ago...and no one has cleared the site of overgrowth since.

The issues reported in the above image series prove that the issues that were previously reported have not been addressed by the City, and this open work should not be closed until they are resolved. This property has been vacant for ~7 years. This is unacceptable and the city needs to reassess this structure. It is not fit for habitation - that is for sure.
