Because Marple is short on cash? Redeply the cops to real issues. We've got crap coming from Chester and West Philly, murders, robberies, rapes, vandalism, theft, and you got the cops going after speeders? Wow! I think I might be more concerned about keeping Marple and Springfield from looking like Upper Darby than getting someone speeding..but hey I guess were all not concerned about that kind of sfuff.
Just because it is a high school doesn't mean anything, or the fact that kids don't cross right there means nothing. Students walk along Sproul Rd, to get to the school, hence the school zone and the reduced speed. And to the guest who asked if it is enforceable, ask the police officer when he pulls you over for driving too fast there :) G mentions about murders, rapes, robberies, and stuff. We don't have murders or rapes or robberies in Marple. The police deal with the other stuff as best they can, and at the same time, deal with people like G and the other guest who don't want to slow down. Happy motoring.
G is correct, ther eis NO need for a school zone, no kids are corssing the street or going anywhere near the street. Wheels of Justice is full of crap.
