Yes!!!! I cant believe The City of Chula Vista has not done anything to resolve this issue! The Cops have been called by most of the neighbors regarding this issue and still nothing has been done. 2 men that live in the car pretend all day that they are "fixing their car" but in reality they are just parked their accumulating trash that is now blocking HALF the street Looks like they got kicked out of their house by their family which is literally across the street. My family has felt completely unsafe for over a month because of these 2 men. They have filled up a trailer with a mountain of trash which is fire hazardous and these men are high on drugs all day. And one of my family members also witnessed a man walking completely naked on this street. We have lived on this street for 20 years and it has always been one of the safest neighborhoods till now! I am tired of this issue and tired of calling and nothing being done about this issue!
