Never mind they're asking for water samples to acknowledge a 2060 program Oklahoma has going through the state. That way they do not have to worry about the federal government and has every citizen can and hope they do and encourage it 100%. Take a little bit of water sample and turn it into the state again I will send the link. Just received email I'll go ahead and take care of my end of it. That way it goes directly to the state.
