This whole area is a mess. Pedestrians are directed to cross the street from the south side of Asylum, regardless of whether or not that is where they are walking to. For those who cut through Bushnell Park as part of the commute (not all who walk are doing it for recreation) this has meant either walking in the construction zone, or crossing over and then having to cross back. It is very much not ADA compliant.
