I will take a look. I know a few people here have watched this before and it seems people in the left turn lane are trying to turn left into the right lane for SB to get into the ALA school. If this is still the case more green time may not help due to the fact EB people are allowed to turn right on red and people making a WBLT should not be drifting to the right lane on their turn. The problem previously was that people are unable to enter the school fast enough and the the single SB lane to go right into the school was oversaturated along with the NBLT that backs up to the freeway(202). We will take another look to see if things have changed. I appreciate you taking the time to report it....Mike
