This overgrown lot has been reported several times without anyone addressing the problem. Now people are starting to use it as a dumping site, in addition to concealing stolen vehicles! Are we waiting to find a dead body before acting on this problem?

There’s a mattress left in front of an abandoned house for several months now.
There are also yard waste bags in front of another abandoned house further north on the same side of the street.
Further north up Ohio Street on the east are several black garbage bags in front of that boarded up house.
