Let's reassess: The bridge may belong to St. Pete but the Pinellas Trail pavement is certainly under the purview of Pinellas County Parks. There is nothing that can be done with the reinforced concrete bridge. The adjustment must come in the transition from the permanent concrete bridge to the Trail asphalt pavement.
