The contractors have placed a transformer on the sidewalk right of way. People walking to and from the Marta station will have to step into the street to get by.

The developer has known about this problem for months. Hopefully, the City will withhold "Certificate of Occupancy" until it is resolved. No move-ins until the utility box is moved out --- THAT will get his attention!

Code Compliance inspected the issue. Per the electrician onsite, the transformer will be removed from the ROW next week. They are in process of disconnecting the transformer and removing it.
