It’s apparently, a Caltrans issue. The state of California apparently allows begging and homeless camps.

Its must be legal because the sherrifs just drive right by. Also while they party in the parking lots and streets, deficate and urinate out in plain view. Guess thats ok to. Not to mention stealing shopping carts and littering everywhere.

Sycamore has become pretty bad…

Sycamore remains a magnet for homeless people panhandling at the freeway exits and setting up camps down along the creek that parallels Sycamore Ave. The City of Vista needs to be more proactive in this area. It degrades the quality of life for everyone.

Don’t give money! The vast majority of homeless in our area are drug addicts.

It’s rediculous that this is still an issue. It’s literally the same people everyday sitting there. Not to mention the poor kids that have to sit with their parents there while they beg
