Description

A person camping on the garden of Shoreline Public Library (the patch of greens/garden between the Library Entrance and the stairs leading to the upstairs parking lot). I thought the person was a custodial staff cleaning the trash can but when I walked by the person removed their clothing/changing clothing (!?? I give this person the benefit of the doubt) so I retreated quickly into my car. I reported this to the Library staff and you may want to follow up with them as well.
