Poor planning by Brookline Town. As this major water project on Beacon drags on, city needs to make changes to improve Beacon outbound traffic between Carlton and Amory: 1) Change the length of time traffic lights for Beacon are green to increase flow on Beacon (this is a no-brainer); 2) cut out parking spots and create temporary lanes.
