And since the entire block is concerned with the rats, squirrels, stray cats and bums that the trash attracts, maybe it's time for people to start putting there trash out on trash day (every Wednesday). Being dirty and nasty doesn't have to be part of city living, and it's not going to be part of mine without complaint.
