My blue bin is also cracked and needs to be replaced.

Someone came today and replaced the blue bin. However, they replaced the lid for that blue bin with a black lid and leave the broken black bin untouched. I was quite puzzled and suspect that they did replace and fix to the blue bin.
Could you send someone to fix the black bin?As the black bin's wheels are broken as well, it might work better just replacing it. Thanks.

Hi there, sorry the black can was not also repaired. I'll go ahead and create a new work order for you to have the container repaired or replaced if needed. Just leave the container out Monday night after it's been serviced, and we'll stop by Tuesday 10/4 to make the repair.

Hi David, The trash pickup truck somehow didn't empty the black trash bin yesterday. I have noticed it this morning. When someone comes to do the repair today, there is still trash bags there. What shall we do about it? Let me know. Thanks.
