Across the street from 3189 Woodrow Way there is a tree leaning precariously over the road at a 45 degree angle. It should be removed before it falls and strikes a person, car, or power line.

The base of the tree is 9 feet from the edge of the road, in a wooded area behind a house. I assume that's right of way.

Please check out the street in the area of 3212 Woodrow Way N.E. It would appear it's time for this area to be repaired due to the street is crumbling. It has been patched long ago but is in need of additional repair or repaved.
