I am sure the moment a homeless person or someone with mental health issues gets near a politician's home or office they get moved along.

it seems like many of the churches are getting funds to deal with this but only token effort put forth - no accountability for getting results with the funding they receive. It is almost as if the city is paying the religious entities so that the city does not have to take responsibility
