The streetlight on pole #10099 has been repaired.

Hi Katie. I'm afraid this issue has not been resolved. The light is not on at night. This is pole 10099. In addition, the other light I referred to in my original request, #10101 is also still not working. I don't understand why the request is closed if the repairs have not been made. As I stated originally, the light on pole 10099 has been fixed numerous times and burns out again fairly quickly. Please see if the underlying issue can be addressed, along with pole 10101. It is extremely dark on the street.

Hi Erin,

My apologies, I saw in our system that we had crews go out to investigate this pole and thought that it had been repaired. I just was notified that we do not have the bulbs for either of those two lights in stock and we are waiting for new stock to be delivered. Similar to many things right now, suppliers are currently having supply chain issues and shipping times are longer than normal. As soon as we receive them in the two lights will be replaced.

Katie, I'm grateful that the street light at 10099 has been repaired. Unfortunately, the light at 10101 is still out, so this request should remain open until it is fixed. I also noted another person has submitted a request that an additional streetlamp, farther up Deforest, is also out. So, to summarize, three lights have burned out, and only one has been fixed.
