It’s a brown can not a green can.

Unfortunately I can't do anything about the brown cart due to it being out of warranty. The model year is 2002 and the warranty period is 10 years on those. At this point all I can do is remove it if you wish. I apologize for any inconvenience.

The cart lid was broken off by the trash crew so It’s not a warranty issue. We’re fine with another green cart if that’s an option.

I apologize in advance but the lid issue is indeed a warranty issue because after 10 years you are using the cart at your own risk. Can our guys be nicer to the carts? Absolutely and they should be more careful but the fact remains that I can't do anything about it due to the warranty issue. A second green cart is also not an option for me because I'm bound by certain rules. The good news is I get overruled all the time and if you know someone who can intercede on your behalf I will be glad to help you but right now my rules prohibit me from doing anything.
