Description
There is a man that is often doing mechanic work on a series of used cars at this location. Some have license plates, most do NOT. If someone notices they don't have plates, he zip ties metal dealer plates on them, backs them into the driveway or covers the car. If there isn't enough room in the driveway or in front of the house, he parks the extra cars on Balclutha, sometimes on the bridge to the island.
If he doing work for a dealer, it should be done at the dealership. If not, why does he have dealer plates?
