According to this individual, there are "4 Tree Wells on the Bergen Ave. side of the Capital One bank building at the corner of Bergen Ave. & Sip Ave. This person said, the 4 tree wells on the Bergen Ave. side could cause someone to injure themselves while walking on that sidewalk. He claims a person walking may not pay attention and could sprain or break their ankles if their foot lands in one of those unlevel tree wells. He said, the tree wells had metal plates that were around the trees, but the metal plates are gone and it's an approximate 4 to 6 inch drop into the tree well. He wants the metal plates to be replaced or put dirt in the tree wells to level them off.
