  On 10/18/2022 SCHWEIER stopped at 217 N 10th street and spoke with Loretta Cottey in regards to a complaint about a business being operated out of the residence. COTTEY advised that there was no business being run from the house. SCHWEIER asked if anyone was working on cars at the residence. COTTEY advised that her sons work on their cars in the yard, but no one else's. SCHWEIER advised that if they work on cars, all repairs are supposed to be completed in doors and no other vehicles can be worked on except persons who reside at the residence.

  On 10/19/2022 SCHWEIER received a call from Brandon Saurber, City of Hamilton. SAURBER advised that he had received numerous complaints in regards to 217 N 10th Street and had been working with Larry (BAGFORD) in regards to the issue. SAURBER advised that the work is actually happening at an empty lot next to 217 N 10th, likely 940 or 942 Dayton Street. SAURBER advised that he has some photographs that were submitted by the complainant, who wished to remain anonymous. SAURBER provided the photographs to SCHWEIER.
  SCHWEIER attached the photographs to the case file for documentation.
