This area at Pulaski and Roberts is still a mess. There are all kinds of trash, junk and litter on Pulaski just as you turn off from Roberts. It's disgusting and continues to attract illegal dumpers and trash. There may even be toxic materials in the large plastic drums that were dumped there months ago.
