DPW: THANK YOU for being on the job, please pass this on to the Mayor. One day after posting my concern regarding a significant sidewalk repair issue an inspector from Technical Services showed up at the site and made a full inspection of the issue. I happened to be racking leaves at the time and was able to provide face to face input with the inspector. Very nice, timely, and productive. Honestly, the communication and response process was excellent. I kind of expected the "black hole" to swallow my concern, thanks for taking care of business in a timely fashion!!

Over the winter we will be developing a priority list for Safety Repairs, Long Run Repairs, and Short Run Repairs based on the data we’ve collected with our Sidewalk Inventory Project and Resident Feedback. This RFS is within our list for Short Run Replacement. We won’t be performing anymore sidewalk replacement this year due to the cold weather.
