The owner of 11 Penfield Pl. contacted the Building Dept. to discuss the work being done at the property. The Patio being constructed as described by the owner is exempt from a Building Permit. No Gas or Electric will be installed to the Patio. Advised the owner to contact the Zoning Dept. for approval.
