Our neighbors at 97 Barberry Lane plowed their snow into the left top of the driveway and broke the curb, since then we have been getting an excessive amount of rain water down our driveway and into our back yard. Reported July 2011 to Meriden Open

Description

Reported to City engineer in July 2011 re broken curb and was told probably get to it in late August 2011;then reported again on click fix Sept 2011And times 3 in October 2011. Now today told in phone conversation with Meriden city engineer that they ( the city) may not get to it this year, Oct. 26, 2011. We repaired the pot holes in our driveway from the excessive runoff from the street as we live below street level. We can not afford a new driveway. Our back yard is unable to be mowed (the last 20 feet) due to run off from the road. During hurricane Irene 2011, we sand bagged the top of our driveway and in front of our house and still got water in our basement. What is really needed on our side of the road our storm drains like the one they put in for our neighbors at 110 Barberry Lane last summer 2010. Documented at 9:30am on October 26, 2011 by property owner.
