Description

The designated left turn lane into CMC Pineville Hospital is being used by drivers (even Pineville police) for making U turns. This lane was not designated for that purpose. There are no signs that say a U turn can't be made from the lane, but the people who are turning right out of the hospital are looking for oncoming traffic and NOT for U turn traffic. I have had drivers make that U turn in front of me as I pull out of the hospital and nearly have a wreck. There should be a NO U TURN sign posted. People making U turns there are setting themselves up for a lawsuit if involved in a wreck.
