severe erosion of asphault/concrete/dirt has produced a 4 inch 'cliff' for persons to stumble over. wheelchairs/baby carriages cannot manouver as the light standard is obstructing the centre of the pathway. this situation has existed for many months, despite adjacent commercial development that serve low income residents. this is also not cleared of snow and ice during winter seasons, despite wealthy land owners adjacent to this.
