coloration of signals has become faded, resulting in failure to depict dangerous conditions for vision impaired pedestrians. there are multiple of these fixtures in this area that show a faded white colored hand (do not cross) and a white (safe to cross) indication when activated. these are ambiguous and unsafe. these are not that old either.
