While the City will continue to fill potholes and blade unpaved alleys as needed, it will no longer provide any treatment that is solely to decrease the dust produced by passing vehicles on these alleys. An option to help alleviate this problem is to have your neighbors join into a Special Assessment District (S.A.D.) to have the alley paved by the City. If a majority of residents in a specific area agree to join, a S.A.D. will be created and funded by the residents affected by the improvements, in this case a paved alley. Alley was inspected on 8/10/2023. Alley is in good condition. No work required. Alley will be inspected in November to evaluate alley condition.
