Description

A German Shepard dog ran from an open front door across the street and attacked my leashed dog that was being walked on the opposite (west) side of the street. bruising and swelling of my dog's hind limb resulted. I am concerned that if this dog gets out again, he might attack other dogs or children and cause more harm in the future.
